  In September, the summer was not completed. Zhongpeng Electric's 2017 management of Guan Peisheng has received systematic training for nearly two months. During this period, the company arranged training programs for lecturers, practical learning, weekly reports and assessments, and group activities. （Group activity）   Recently, in order to further cultivate team cohesion and motivate the potential of employees, Zhongpeng Electric organized the 2017 session of Guan Peisheng to come to the Nanhai Wetland Training Base to carry out two-day and one-night “Pengfei Plan” expansion training.

  There is competition to have the motivation. The expansion training team is divided into two groups to compete, namely “Chinese Dream Team” and “鲲鹏队”, which fits the name of Zhongpeng Electric and prints the heart of Zhongpeng’s soaring.

  When the team worked together to successfully complete the 5 meter high wall and the homemade raft crossing the lake project, these seemingly impossible tasks at the beginning made the team deeply feel the infinite power of the team.   If you have a relaxation, you can go forward. After the high-intensity training, the little friends showed their talents, cut and cooked, and cooperated with each other. The wonderful singing and dancing, as well as the special surprise for the little friends of the day's birthday, let the little friends realize the joy of sharing and the warmth of the team.

  Zhongpeng’s family members are trusting each other and loving each other. They are also united and helping each other. In 2017, Guan Peisheng, who came to Zhongpeng for nearly two months, has grown rapidly in this hotbed of love, and the power of dreams has grown stronger. The youngsters are young and have no limits.
